The pictures speak for themselves this place is a food gem in Lubbock, outstanding food. Took a 7 day road trip to Durango CO this was the best food I had on my entire trip

Took the wife for the first time for her birthday. I tell you what Service 10/10 Food 10/10 Price 10/10 To start the waitress offered cocktails, me and the wife don’t drink and she informed us they had cocktails. They were delicious fruity and sour. Started with the chicarones and queso, they were still crackling fresh out of the fryer when they got to our table. Not sure what oil they use but it tasted extremely clean and very large very crisp very delicious. Then we also got the pork belly burnt ends on fried green tomatoes. With apricot jam. Absolutely delicious experience She had the sea bass which was sweet and succulent with a spicy salad to offset perfectly I had the bone marrow ribeye which was something I’ve wanted for a while and it did not disappoint. if want a special meal with that special someone stop in and make it happen

Took my wife here for a dinner date around 6:30 on 4/11. We were warmly welcomed and told there would be a 30 minute wait. We expected a wait, so we took a seat on the comfy couch in the lobby. Around 30 minutes later we were seated and kindly greeted by our server that took great care of us. I got the 45th for my drink. It was refreshing. We decided on the chicharrones and queso for our appetizer. The chicharrones were still popping when they arrived at our table! The queso was smooth and flavorful with jalapeños throughout for a little kick here and there. Delicious. Then my wife had the Alan Henry salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was cooked wonderfully with a strong grilled flavor, and the salad was scrumptious. I had the apple and the pork cooked medium. Very delicious, but the portion was much smaller than I expected. The pecan salsa with the apple slaw was phenomenal. We perused the dessert menu but didn’t see anything that tickled our fancy. There was also live music during our visit, which was nice. Overall we enjoyed a delicious meal and had a good time!

I didn’t realize this was in the Double Tree hotel, so the ambiance is definitely like a hotel. Menu was pretty basic for breakfast. But, the reviews check out. I had the Eggs benny, nothing fancy but executed well. Fresh fluffy English muffin. Delicious ham and poached egg. The hollandaise was delicious. I think they sprinkled some cayenne on top because it had red specks and a bite. It also had fried spinach which didn’t affect the taste, but added a crunch to the texture. My server was fantastic.

Amazing services. I love visiting my daughter @Raiders TTech in Lubbock Tx! and staying at Double Tree Hotel, Thank you to Abigail and Ellen for amazing services

Chef Antonio is an incredible artist and creates the most delectable dishes! My friends and I ordered and all shared the lobster corn dogs, the Brussels sprouts and skirt steak tacos and I’m so happy we did! I can’t tell you which one I liked the best because they were all unbelievably good! I can’t wait to go back!

Ryan, our bartender/server was AMAZING!! I literally accidently dropped my reading glasses on the floor and before I could even get out of my chair he had them in his hand!! The food was just delish!!!! What a find!!!

I was in Lubbock TX on business and Claraboya at the Double Tree was recommended to me by the woman I sat next to on the plane. It was 3:30 in the afternoon, in between lunch and dinner). when I arrived at the restaurant and I was welcomed in by Chef Antonio himself! Because of the time, there was only three of us there, one other patron, the Chef, the Bartender and myself. I sat at the bar and felt welcome; like I was an old friend. The bartender made me a yummy drink of Titos and Chilton and we all enjoyed some great conversation. Everything on the lunch and dinner menu looked delicious, I opted for the Salmon & Shrimp Diosa Verede for dinner and by far it was the best meal I ever had. The conversation was warm and interesting… the service was excellent and the food was outstanding! I highly recommend Claraboya!! Special Thank you to Chef Antonio and his staff!
